Job Description

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationship
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quaterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholder
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identifies areas of improvements to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Prepare records on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalation as needed

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-5 years’ experience in a role that includes ATM, Debit, Payment, Banking & Fintech System
  • Having knowledge of financial products, ATM, debit, payment, banking & fintech system is preferable
  • Good communication in English, both oral & written
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role
  • Have good self-motivation, fast learner, can do attitude, able to work as a team or able to work independently, good administration skill
  • Excellent negotiation & presentation skill
  • Willing to work in mobile environment & to be located in BSD or Jakarta Area
