Jakarta, March 21, 2025 – The Indonesian Fintech Association (AFTECH) hosted its 2025 Annual General Meeting (RUA), bringing together fintech industry leaders, regulators, and key stakeholders to exchange insights and outline concrete strategies to accelerate the growth of Indonesia’s fintech sector.


The meeting’s key agenda included the presentation of the 2021-2025 management accountability report, amendments to the organization’s Articles of Association, the election of new board members for the 2025-2029 period, and initiatives to enhance governance while strengthening collaboration with regulators and industry players. Representing over 200 members from across Indonesia’s financial sector, AFTECH continues to play an active role in fostering an innovative, secure, and sustainable digital financial ecosystem that promotes financial inclusion and drives digital economic growth.


Jalin’s Role in Advancing the National Fintech Ecosystem


As an honorary member of AFTECH, Jalin is committed to fostering cross-sector collaboration. Its participation in the Mini Expo at RUA AFTECH 2025, alongside leading financial companies such as Tokocrypto, Privy, Oradian, OVO, Beyondtech, and others, highlights the importance of industry-wide synergy in ensuring the sustainability of the digital economy ecosystem.

During the RUA AFTECH 2025, a new leadership team for the 2025-2029 period was elected, expected to steer Indonesia’s fintech industry toward greater progress and global competitiveness. The newly appointed board members are:

  • Arsjad Rasjid – Chairman of the Supervisory Board
  • Pandu Sjahrir – General Chairman
  • Harun Reksodiputro – Chairman of the Honorary/Ethics Board


Under this new leadership, the national fintech ecosystem is set to grow stronger, driven by innovative, inclusive, and sustainable policies.
