Jakarta – PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara (Jalin) welcomed representatives from the State-Owned Enterprises Regulatory Agency (BP BUMN) and Danantara Indonesia to Jalin’s SPP-TDLN Command Center on Thursday, September 10, 2026. The visit formed part of a review of Jalin’s operational readiness to support the phased implementation of the Tax Collection System for Foreign Digital Transactions (SPP-TDLN).

During the visit, Ario Tejo Bayu Aji, President Director of Jalin, provided a comprehensive overview of Jalin’s readiness for SPP-TDLN implementation, covering operational mechanisms, technical preparedness, and system monitoring arrangements. Through the SPP-TDLN Command Center, Jalin also demonstrated how operational monitoring and control have been designed to support a measured and well-coordinated implementation process.

“For Jalin, readiness for SPP-TDLN goes beyond technology. It is equally important to ensure that every process and stakeholder involved can operate within an integrated mechanism. The implementation is being carried out in stages to ensure that every part of the ecosystem is ready—not only Jalin’s systems, but also the security and operational readiness of participating issuers. This is the foundation we continue to strengthen so that, as implementation expands, the system remains stable and every party can perform its role effectively,” said Ario.

Jalin places ecosystem integration at the heart of SPP-TDLN implementation. The initiative brings together the Government as the policymaking authority, designated issuers from the banking and financial technology sectors, and Jalin as the infrastructure provider connecting these processes within an integrated operational system.

Close coordination among these stakeholders is essential to translate system readiness into effective implementation. In accordance with Minister of Finance Regulation No. 49 of 2026 (PMK 49/2026), issuers connected to SPP-TDLN are required to undergo a development and stabilization period to ensure the readiness of their systems, interconnections, and security arrangements before entering the operational phase. This mechanism enables implementation to be expanded in a measured manner, based on clearly defined readiness parameters.

The visit by BP BUMN and Danantara Indonesia also reflected their support for the broader readiness process. The on-site review provided an opportunity to align perspectives on system preparedness, implementation mechanisms, and coordination requirements ahead of the phased rollout of SPP-TDLN.

Going forward, Jalin will continue to strengthen coordination with the Government and all issuers participating in SPP-TDLN. With the supporting infrastructure in place and continued stakeholder collaboration, the phased implementation is expected to enable a reliable transition while establishing a strong foundation for SPP-TDLN to operate at a broader scale.
