• Jalin signed cooperation agreements with HiBank, BCA Syariah, SeaBank, and other fintech institutions to develop Cardless Cash Withdrawal services during FEKDI x IFSE 2026.
  • The collaboration connects banking and fintech digital services with the ATM Link network, enabling customers and users to withdraw cash without a physical card.
  • By leveraging shared infrastructure, banks and fintech companies can broaden access to physical service channels while expanding their services without having to independently build and manage ATM infrastructure.

Jakarta – PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara (“Jalin”), part of Danantara Indonesia, participated in the Festival Ekonomi Keuangan Digital Indonesia (FEKDI) – Indonesia Fintech Summit & Expo (IFSE) 2026, held from 24–26 September 2026 at the Jakarta International Convention Center (JICC).

During the event, Jalin signed cooperation agreements with BCA Syariah, SeaBank, HiBank, and other fintech institutions to develop Cardless Cash Withdrawal (CCW) services. Through this initiative, bank customers and fintech users will be able to initiate transactions through their respective applications and withdraw cash from the ATM Link network without using a physical card.

FEKDI x IFSE 2026 forms part of a broader initiative led by Bank Indonesia together with the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs, the Financial Services Authority, and industry stakeholders to advance Indonesia’s digital economic and financial transformation. At the opening of FEKDI x IFSE 2026, Bank Indonesia Governor Destry Damayanti highlighted the role of digitalisation in accelerating economic growth and strengthening competitiveness.

“Digitalisation is one of the key tools for accelerating economic growth and enhancing competitiveness,” Destry said.

The development of CCW is increasingly relevant as the rapid growth of digital transactions continues alongside the public’s ongoing need for access to cash. Bank Indonesia recorded 6.11 billion digital payment transactions in August 2026, representing a 40.36% year-on-year increase, while mobile banking transactions grew by 47.08% year-on-year.

During the same period, currency in circulation continued to grow by 12.88% to Rp1,332 trillion. These figures indicate that the expansion of digital channels continues to coexist with sustained demand for cash access.

Jalin Director Eko Dedi Rukminto said that the growth of digital financial services does not necessarily eliminate the need for physical channels. Instead, changing transaction behaviour is creating greater demand for connectivity that can seamlessly bridge digital services with cash access.

“Financial services are increasingly shifting towards digital channels, but the need for cash access remains. By leveraging existing infrastructure, banks and fintech companies can expand their services more efficiently while providing the public with broader access options,” Eko said.

In this context, the development of cardless cash withdrawal provides banks with an alternative way to expand their service points without having to fully build and manage their own ATM networks. For fintech companies, the service introduces an additional feature that enables users to access cash directly through the digital financial applications they already use.

According to Eko, the participation of both banks and fintech companies in the development of CCW also reflects the increasingly seamless connection between digital and physical financial channels.

“Going forward, the customer experience will be less dependent on which institution operates the largest physical network. Transactions can be initiated through a banking or fintech application and completed through interconnected ATM networks such as ATM Link. This collaboration creates a more connected financial services ecosystem and makes access more convenient for users,” Eko added.

Expanding Payment Capabilities from QRIS to Fraud Management

Beyond the development of CCW, Jalin’s participation in FEKDI x IFSE 2026 also featured a range of collaborations and payment capability developments with industry partners.

Across its digital payment services, Jalin is expanding QRIS switching services with Bank BJB and Yokke, while developing QRIS Merchant Presented Mode (MPM) connectivity across the Link Network with AyoLinx. Jalin is also advancing Cross-Border QRIS with Nobu Bank, Payment Integrator services with OK Bank, and Mini ATM services with Bank BJB.

These collaborations broaden the use of Jalin’s infrastructure across the payment ecosystem. Today, Jalin serves more than 120 banking and fintech members, connected through a range of payment system capabilities and services.
