 Responsibility:

  • Understanding the upcoming changes, identifying their impact on the organization, and developing strategies and plans to address them. This includes risk analysis, communication planning, and the development of implementation plans
  • Managing the entire change process, including stakeholder identification, project team formation, resource planning, and project monitoring.
  • Identify and map all relevant stakeholders, including employees, departments, and external partners who will be affected by the change. Build strong relationships with stakeholders by involve them to gather their concerns and feedback regarding the changes. Ensuring that everyone involved in the change feels engaged and supportive, including understanding and addressing resistance to the change.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to explain the upcoming changes, why they are essential, and how they will affect them. Developing clear and compelling communication plans that convey the goals, benefits, and progress of the changes to stakeholders. Utilizing various communication channels such as email, presentations, meetings, etc., to ensure message consistency and transparency
  • Assess skill gaps that may arise due to the changes and planning training to address those needs. Coordinating with the training team in Human Resources for the required training outcomes
  • Monitoring change implementation plans, tracking progress, identifying potential issues, and seeking solutions. Measure the effectiveness of change implementation and gather feedback to make data-driven adjustments to the change strategy if needed
  • Foster a positive change culture within the organization by promoting flexibility, resilience, and adaptability. Align the changes with the company's values and long-term goals to ensure sustainability and continuous improvement
  • Evaluate the overall success of the change initiative by measuring its impact on key performance indicators and assessing whether the intended outcomes were achieved. Identify lessons learned and best practices for future change management endeavors

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major
  • Minimum 4 years working experience in Change Management
  • Good understanding in project managament
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Having experience in portfolio management would be an advantage  
  • Expert in processing and analyzing data
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta
