IT Business Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan the topology/architecture of solutions for application and ensure the topology runs normally
• Devise specification documents based on business needs that have been previously defined by the business team
• Analyze problems and provide suggestions/solutions for operational support on the running products
• Analyze defects in running applications through development mechanisms and in-house or vendor/outsource regression after an in-depth analysis of incident handling is carried out.
• Analyze the level of product security or risk mitigation in the developed application services
• Supervise the development process up to the implementation of application services
• Attend external or stakeholder meetings to represent the company in answering the needs of customers, regulators, and service agencies
• Evaluate the ongoing business processes as well as analyze and fulfill existing business needs

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering or Information Systems
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the same field
• Possess good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Having experience in the same field is preferred
• Possess technical knowledge of the following: Java, Mobile Programming, C#; Linux based, API programming; MVC Modeling, Java Scripts, Nodejs
• Able to work in a team
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta
