- Serve
     as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build
     and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationship
- Negotiate
     contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop
     trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and
     executive sponsors
- Ensure
     the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer
     needs and objectives
- Clearly
     communicate the progress of monthly/quaterly initiatives to internal and
     external stakeholder
- Develop
     new business with existing clients and/or identifies areas of improvements
     to meet sales quotas
- Forecast
     and track key account metrics
- Prepare
     records on account status
- Collaborate
     with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Assist
     with challenging client requests or issue escalation as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-5 years’
     experience in a role that includes ATM, Debit, Payment, Banking &
     Fintech System
- Having
     knowledge of financial products, ATM, debit, payment, banking &
     fintech system is preferable
- Good
     communication in English, both oral & written
- Proven
     work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account
     Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role
- Have
     good self-motivation, fast learner, can do attitude, able to work as a
     team or able to work independently, good administration skill
- Excellent
     negotiation & presentation skill
- Willing
     to work in mobile environment & to be located in BSD or Jakarta Area
