Amidst
technological disruptions and the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) that
accelerates operational and business effectiveness, PT Jalin Pembayaran
Nusantara (Jalin)—part of Danantara through the Danareksa State-Owned
Enterprise (BUMN) Holding—firmly believes that its employees play a vital role
in driving the company’s performance growth over time.
Through
its unwavering commitment to continuously developing and appreciating its
workforce, Jalin successfully secured a prestigious award at the HR Excellence
Award 2026. Jalin won in the Learning & Development category, achieving a
"Very Good" rating with a score of 88.08. Initiated by SWA Magazine,
the award was officially received by Pramuwati, EVP of Finance & Corporate
Services at Jalin, on Wednesday (10/6) in Shangri-La Jakarta.
During
the judging process, the panel of experts noted that Jalin implements a
measurable strategy with a dedicated focus on employee development through the
Self Development Pocket (SDP) program. The judges recognized this program as an
innovative practice, serving as a modern benchmark for human resources
development within the corporate landscape.
For
the context, the SDP is an independent development program provided by Jalin to
support competency enhancement tailored to the specific interests and needs of
each employee. The SDP directly links the allocation of development funds to
individual performance achievements, fostering both a continuous learning
environment and a high-performance culture within the company.
Pramuwati
added that the SDP reflects Jalin's commitment to nurturing talent while
simultaneously rewarding employee performance. "Through this program, we
encourage every individual to continuously improve their competencies and take
an active role in their personal development. The SDP is intentionally designed
to make the learning process more relevant, personalized, and aligned with each
employee's unique developmental needs," she stated.
Furthermore,
Pramuwati explained that the development support within the SDP is distributed
through funding allocations, which are adjusted based on the results of the
previous year's performance appraisals. "We provide this funding in the
form of a balance that employees can use flexibly for various competency
development needs—whether it be aligned with their current field of work,
personal interests, or future career aspirations. With this approach,
performance appreciation goes beyond mere recognition; it becomes a direct
investment in individual growth," Pramuwati elaborated.
This
achievement at the HR Excellence Award 2026 further reinforces Jalin's standing
as a company that does not solely focus on business metrics and technological
innovation. More importantly, it proves Jalin's ongoing commitment to
harmonizing the advancements of the digital era with exceptional human capital,
firmly placing the welfare and potential development of all its employees as an
uncompromising top priority.
