Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML–CFT)
As a form of commitment to the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and integrity in conducting business, Jalin has developed and implemented a comprehensive Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML–CFT) policy.
This policy serves as an integral part of Jalin’s risk management and internal control framework, aimed at preventing and mitigating potential misuse of products, services, or payment system infrastructure under our management for money laundering and/or terrorism financing activities.
The implementation of AML–CFT at Jalin is carried out continuously through the development of operational procedures, monitoring of suspicious transactions, reporting to relevant authorities, and strengthening internal capabilities through training and socialization for all company personnel.
All of these measures are undertaken in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including those issued by Bank Indonesia, the Financial Services Authority (OJK), and other authorized institutions.
Through the implementation of the AML–CFT policy, Jalin strives to ensure that every business process is not only compliant with regulations but also contributes to maintaining the stability of the national financial system and strengthening the trust of partners, customers, and the public in Indonesia’s payment system.
