PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara
(Jalin) reaffirms its commitment to community empowerment and social
responsibility by distributing qurban animals to communities in observance of
Eid al-Adha 1447H. This year, Jalin donated 1 cow and 3 goats, which were
distributed in collaboration with the Holding BUMN Danareksa ecosystem and the
communities surrounding the company's operational areas.
As part of a collective qurban
program titled “Kurban Berkah Berdayakan Desa” organized in collaboration with the
Holding BUMN Danareksa, Jalin participated by contributing 1 cow and 1 goat.
The program was centrally held at the PT Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut
(SIER) area and collectively gathered a total of 14 cows and 12 goats. This
initiative targeted to reach approximately 3,800 underprivileged families
across seven sub-districts within the area's.
Beyond merely providing food
assistance, Jalin, in collaboration with the Danareksa BUMN Holding, believes
that this initiative creates a multiplier effect that drives the community's
microeconomy from upstream to downstream. The implementation of the collective
qurban directly provides sustainable benefits to local livestock farmers,
transportation and logistics providers, as well as small businesses involved in
the distribution and packaging chain.
To ensure transparency and targeted distribution, this qurban initiative is professionally managed in collaboration with the National Zakat Board (BAZNAS). All the sacrificial animal are verified to have passed health screenings and comply with Islamic Sharia principles. Furthermore, they are distributed through precise data mapping that upholds the principles of being Sharia Compliant (Aman Syar'i), Regulatory Compliant (Aman Regulasi), and State Compliant (Aman NKRI).

In addition to participating
in collective program, Jalin also donated 2 goats to the Setiabudi Metro Police
to be distributed directly to the community around the company's operational
office. Supported by donations collected from all employees, this initiative is
part of the company's efforts to maintain harmony, strengthen social ties, and
deliver tangible benefits to the surrounding community.
Through the momentum of Eid
al-Adha, Jalin hopes that the spirit of sincerity, compassion, and mutual
cooperation will continue to flourish and generate a sustainable positive
impact on society. This initiative also serves as part of the company's commitment
to supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs),
particularly No Poverty (SDG 1) and Zero Hunger (SDG 2), toward realizing a
more prosperous future for Indonesia.
