Enhancing Digital Financial Accessibility: Bank DKI Customers Now Access Cardless Cash Withdrawal at All BRI ATMs

Jakarta, March 28, 2024 - PT Bank DKI ("Bank DKI") and PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk ("BRI") have officially expanded their digital financial services with the support of technology from PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara ("Jalin").

This was realized in the moment of signing the Cooperation Agreement (PKS) represented by the Director of Technology & Operations acting as President Director of Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono, Funding & Retail Payment Strategy Division Head BRI, Andreas Hassim, and Commercial Director of Jalin, Eko Dedi Rukminto on Thursday (28/03).

Commercial Director of Jalin, Eko Dedi Rukminto, explained that the Cardless Cash Withdrawal (CCW) feature allows Bank DKI customers to make Cash Withdrawal transactions without a card at thousands of BRI ATMs spread across Indonesia through the flagship services provided by Jalin. "This step supports interconnection and interoperability between Bank DKI and Bank BRI to expand financial service access."

Eko added that the benefits of this initiative are very significant for both parties. Bank DKI will gain advantages in terms of expanding services to customers, improving the quality of services they offer, and strengthening relationships with existing customers. This also enables Bank DKI to expand its market share and enhance its competitive advantage in the banking industry while actively expanding beyond the Jabodetabek region.

Meanwhile, BRI will also benefit from this partnership. By providing cardless cash withdrawal access to Bank DKI customers, BRI can increase transaction volume from the usage of its ATM services.

Director of Technology & Operations acting as President Director of Bank DKI, Amirul Wicaksono, welcomed the collaboration between Bank DKI, Bank BRI, and PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara. "This cooperation aims to provide transaction convenience to Bank DKI customers. Through the Cardless Cash Withdrawal (CCW) feature accommodated by Jalin in the JakOne Mobile application, Bank DKI customers can now easily withdraw cash without a card on the BRI ATM network throughout Indonesia," said Amirul.

Jalin has affirmed its commitment to continually strengthen digital platform infrastructure to provide easier and safer financial transaction experiences for all. By accommodating Cardless Cash Withdrawal (CCW) services and forming partnerships with banks, BPDs, and fintech companies, we believe we can effectively expand the reach of banking services. "This commitment not only reflects our seriousness in improving financial service accessibility but also positions Jalin as a key player in driving banking service digitization across Indonesia," concluded Eko.
