Type of Complaint
Complaints received through the WBS include:
- Fraud, including corruption, embezzlement of assets, markups, scams, and information leakage;
- Unlawful acts, including theft, extortion, forgery, use of violence, drug use, gambling, and other criminal acts committed by Jalin’s Personnel;
- Violation of internal regulations/policies/procedures and external provisions/laws and regulations related to the Company’s business, including violation of norms and ethics as stipulated in the Regulation on Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct, including, among others: gratification, conflict of interest, concern for Environmental Occupational Safety and Health (K3L), as well as ethical standards;
- Actions that violate ethics and morals, namely disgraceful actions that can harm the Company’s reputation and business.
