Adee Indriana Dwinandari

President Commissioner

Adee obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Economics Development from Universitas Sebelas Maret in 1995. Building her career in the banking industry, she has served as Head Division at PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk (BTN). Currently, she is serving as the President Commissioner of PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara since August 2023.

M. Teguh Wirahadikusumah

Commissioner

Teguh earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom in 1996. Majoring in Finance, he started his career at PT Bank Niaga Tbk. Currently, he is serving as Director of Finance & Risk Management at PT Danareksa (Persero) since October 2020 and Commissioner of PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara since March 2021.

Syaifudin

Commissioner

Syaifudin earned his Master of Management (MM) degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 2006. Building his career in the information and communication technology industry, currently he is serving as the Executive Vice President of Government Service Division at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Telkom) since February 2023 and Commissioner of PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara since August 2023.

Nirmala Dewi

Independent Commissioner

Nirmala obtained her Bachelor's degree in Law from Universitas Sjakhyakirti in 2004 and started her career as the Deputy Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) of South Sumatra. She also has served as the Secretary General of the Central Board of the Indonesian Basketball Association (PERBASI) for the 2019-2023 period. Currently, she is serving as Independent Commissioner of PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara since November 2022 while pursuing her Master’s degree in Law at Universitas Sriwijaya.

Ario Tejo Bayu Aji

President Director

Ario earned his Master’s degree in Engineering from Queensland University, Australia in 1998 and since then he paved his career in the financial industry. Before being appointed as President Director of PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara in February 2023, he served as Chief Operations Officer at PT Mitra Transactions Indonesia for the March 2019 - February 2023 period. He also served as VP of the Digital Channel of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk in 2018.

Fajar Adimarta

Director

Fajar earned his Master's degree in Management from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 1998. Starting his early career in the banking industry, he served as VP of IT Strategy and Architecture in IT Solutions and Security Division at Bank BNI from 2015-2019. In 2021, he was appointed as Director of Technology at PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara, and he served as Director of Managed Service Business at the same company until May 2021.

Argabudhy Sasrawiguna

Director

Arga obtained his Master’s degree in Information Technology from Universitas Indonesia. He was appointed as a Director of PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara in February 2023. Before join Jalin, he finished his last term as Director of Operations at PT Bringin Gigantara for the June 2021 - February 2023 period, Director of Operations at PT Bringin Inti Teknologi for the 2019-2021 period, and Head of the Information Technology Operational Division at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk for the 2017-2018 period.

Eko Dedi Rukminto

Director

Eko obtained his Master’s degree in Management from Universitas Syiah Kuala in 2002 and he pursued his career in the banking IT industry. He served as President Director of PT Collega Inti Pratama for the 2018-2022 period, VP of Enterprise Data Center Sales for the 2015-2016 period, and VP of Finance and Banking Sales at PT Sigma Cipta Caraka (Telkomsigma) for the 2016-2018 period before finally serving as Director of PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara since March 2023.

Pramuwati

EVP of Finance & Corporate Services

Pramuwati obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting from Universitas Diponegoro in 1997. She has carved out a career in the national capital market and financial industry, most recently serving as Head of the Corporate Strategic Planning Division at PT Danareksa (Persero) for the 2021-2023 period.

Previously, Pramuwati served as Head of the Corporate Strategic Planning and Performance Management Division for the 2018-2021 period at PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero). She also delved into the banking industry at Bank Mandiri as Department Head (VP) of Large Commercial - Commercial Risk 2 Group for the 2017-2018 period, Regional Risk Head of Regional Office IV, Jakarta 2 for the 2016-2017 period, and Department Head of Corporate Risk Group for the 2013-2016 period. Pramuwati has been appointed as EVP of Finance & Corporate Services at PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara since April 2023 to date.
