2017 Highlights
February 27, 2017 Jalin acquired approval from Bank of Indonesia as Switching Operator Principal and Automated Teller Machine (ATM) Card Clearing Operator. May 8-10, 2017, Project Merah Putih’s Workshop on Business Model Jalin held a Business Model workshop with Himbara and Deloitte about business model planning for ATM & EDC Managed Service. The event was held at Double Tree Hotel, Cikini - Central Jakarta and involved about 80 participants. This activity discussed 10 topics and resulted in 27 decisions and 75 action programs to realize the ATM & EDC Managed Service. August 22, 2017, MoU with Principals Jalin signed an MoU related to Domestic Debit Interconnection Specification with three debit cards’ principals, namely PT Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis (Artajasa), PT Rintis Sejahtera (Rintis), and PT Alto Network (Alto). The MoU is one of the efforts to implement GPN’s vision of interconnectivity and interoperability between parties, so that Jalin can use as well as being the owner of said Interconnection Specification. September 1, 2017, ASPI Membership Jalin was accepted as a member of the Asosiasi Sistem Pembayaran Indonesia (ASPI). This Membership shows that Jalin plays an active role in setting the standard that is used in GPN. November 3, 2017, Jalin’s First Anniversary In order to commemorate the first anniversary of Jalin and strengthening internal solidarity, Jalin organized internal event attended by all levels of Management and employees involved in the Company's operations. November 13-14, 2017, Cooperation Initiative with BCA In order to expand the network of ATM Switching Link, the addition of members becomes one of our continuous efforts. Jalin did sharing session with BCA related to operational and business from both parties. It aimed to find potential cooperation to strengthen ATM Switching Link’s network in the future. November 17, 2017, ATM Switching Link Cooperation with BRI Syariah Jalin managed to gain the trust of one of the banks outside the Himbara members by providing ATM Switching Link service to BRI Syariah. This success was marked by the signing of an MoU between Jalin and BRI Syariah which coincided with the anniversary of BRI Syariah. November 29, 2017 Jalin acquired approval from Bank of Indonesia as a Switching Institution within the National Payment Gateway and also officially became one of the shareholders at PT PTEN who acts as a Services Institution at GPN. December 4, 2017 Jalin was appointed as Interim Administrator of GPN’s Services Institution by the Governor of Bank of Indonesia.
