What is the ATM Link service?

ATM Link is a network of Himbara ATMs (BRI, BNI, Mandiri and BTN) that can be used by all Himbara customers with complete features across thousands of ATM units spread throughout Indonesia.

Do customers need to register first to use the ATM Link service?

Customers do not need to register to use the ATM Link service, as long as their ATM card has the Link logo.

Is there a limit to the amount of money in one transfer transaction at ATM Link?

There is a limit on the amount of money in one transaction at ATM Link, which is Rp10,000,000 for the maximum transfer per transaction per day. The amount may also vary depending on each issuing Bank’s policy.

How do I make a transfer transaction through the ATM Link network?

  • 1. Go to an ATM location according to your bank or any ATM with the ATM Link logo.
  • 2. Insert your ATM card into the machine.
  • 3. Select the language you prefer (Indonesian or English).
  • 4. Enter your ATM PIN.
  • 5. Select the "Transfer" menu.
  • 6. Enter the destination bank account number for the transfer.

If I experience problems or issues while transacting at ATM Link, who should I contact?

If there are issues while transacting at ATM Link, customers can contact the service number listed on the ATM machine where the transaction was made.

What are the fees charged to customers for each transaction through the ATM Link network?

Transaction fees for Himbara customers:

  • Balance Inquiry: Free of Charge
  • Cash Withdrawal: Free of Charge
  • Transfer to the Same Bank: Free of Charge
  • Transfer between Himbara Banks: Rp4,000
Transaction fees for non-Himbara customers:
  • Balance Inquiry: Rp4,000
  • Cash Withdrawal: Rp7,500
  • Transfer: Rp6,500

How long is the complaint handling process at ATM Link?

Every complaint submitted to ATM Link will be processed no later than 14 working days from the date the complaint is received by the Customer’s Bank.

How secure is it to transact at ATM Link?

Transactions at ATM Link are secure, supported by advanced infrastructure and security features that comply with the security standards set by the regulator.

Where can I find ATM Link machines?

ATM Link machines can be found in various locations throughout Indonesia with thousands of available units.

Can ATM cardholders from banks outside Himbara (State-Owned Banks) make transactions using ATM Link?

ATM cardholders outside Himbara can still transact at ATM Link; however, an additional fee will be charged according to the transaction fee policy set by the issuing Bank.

How do I become a Jalin member?

Prospective members can fill out the collaboration form with Jalin on the Products & Services page. The form includes Name, Email Address, and the Product Description to be used. We will contact you for further processing.

How do I become a QRIS merchant?

Complete your business data and documents required by the Payment Service Provider (PJSP). Wait for verification, Merchant ID creation, and QRIS code printing by the PJSP. PJSP will send the QRIS sticker. Then you will be asked to install an app as a QRIS merchant.

What is meant by the National Payment Gateway (GPN)?

The National Payment Gateway or GPN is a payment system that connects non-cash transactions with all banking instruments.

How is customer security ensured after the implementation of GPN?

GPN has standards used by the industry for interconnection and interoperability in payment instruments, payment gateways, switching, and security. The standards are based on international best security practices and implementation is carried out through a certification process.

Can all debit cards with the national logo (GPN) be used on EDC machines from other banks?

All debit cards with the national (GPN) logo can be used at all bank EDC machines in Indonesia.

After GPN implementation, can new customers immediately obtain a GPN card?

Every bank customer can obtain a GPN card at the nearest bank branch by replacing their old card or opening a new account to receive a card with the national (GPN) logo.

Can the GPN card be used abroad?

Currently, the GPN card can only be used for domestic transactions. For international (cross-border) transactions, users may use internationally branded cards.

What are the benefits of the National Payment Gateway (GPN) for merchants?

GPN offers a more competitive Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) compared to other payment methods.

What are the benefits of the National Payment Gateway (GPN) for the public?

By using the GPN card, bank customers can make payments at all merchants with EDC machines bearing the GPN logo throughout Indonesia.
