Thursday, May 23, 2019 – Swa Magazine visited Jalin headquarters that is located in Mega Kuningan Area – Jakarta. With a warm atmosphere, the magazine had a robust discussion with PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara CEO Otto Benny Hantoro about digitizing the banking ecosystem, especially about the role of Jalin’s as one of the vital figures in the national payment system industry that aims to strengthen Telkom Group.
As a national switching institution, Jalin is obliged to develop domestic digital payment technology. Otto explained that Jalin’s main services, ATM switching and Debit switching, are part of the company’s contribution for the national payment system with lower switching fees to four Himbara banks (State’s Owned Lender Association).

To achieve Jalin’s target in managing 58 thousand units of Himbara’s ATM this year, Jalin collaborates with various partners within Telkom Group to accelerate the implementation of its business.
Jalin’s business implementation acceleration was also supported by the development of ATM Managed Service initiative, and various technological investments made.
Under the National Payment Gateway (GPN) program, Jalin is committed to provide efficiency within the domestic payment system through secure, convenient and trusted digital transaction services.
