PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara (Jalin) is an Indonesian switching company that was established on November 3rd, 2016, under a joint initiative of the Indonesian Ministry of State Owned Enterprises, Himbara (BTN, BNI, Mandiri Bank, BRI) and Telkom Indonesia. In accordance to the Ministry’s directive, in June 19th, 2019, PT Danareksa (Persero) acquired a 67 percent stake in PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara. 

Jalin is a national switching company with its ‘ATM Link” service that has a nationwide network accross Indonesia. 

Since 2009, ATM switching service for the The Association of State-Owned Banks (Himbara- BTN, BNI, Mandiri and BRI) known as “Link” was managed by Telkomsigma, a subsidiary of Telkom Indonesia. In 2017, the switching service was appointed to Jalin.

As a Payment System Service Providers, Jalin has been approved by Bank of Indonesia (BI) as ATM Switching Principal Clearing on February 27th, 2017, Debit Switching Principal Clearing on June 9th, 2017, and licensed as the switching company for the National Payment Gateway (GPN) in November 29th, 2017. Finally on August 16, 2019, Jalin has been approved as QRIS provider. 

Currently Jalin is a registered member of the Indonesian Payment System Association (ASPI), shareholder of PT Penyelesaian Transaksi Elektronik Nasional (PT PTEN) which serves as a Services Company for the National Payment Gateway (NPG).
