PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara (Jalin) is a technology-based services company established in 2016 based on the initiative of the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises, Himbara (Bank Mandiri, BNI, BRI, and BTN) and PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. In accordance with the Ministry’s directive, on June 19th, 2019, Danareksa Holding acquired a 67 percent stake in PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara.

As a company that provides integrated services in today’s payment system technology, Jalin manages the LINK switching network service and has the largest market share in the debit switching product category. With the status as a Payment System Infrastructure Provider (PIP), Jalin has begun to transform into a digital enabler that connects the community with financial and non-financial ecosystems, aligned with the company’s plan to become “The National Digital Highway”.

Jalin main services and products focus on digitizing banking products, switching services (ATM card clearing, Debit cards, GPN, and Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS)) and virtual ATMs.

Currently, Jalin has more than 35 members from the banking and fintech industries in Indonesia. Jalin is also a member of Asosiasi Sistem Pembayaran Indonesia (ASPI) as well as a shareholder of PT Penyelesaian Transaksi Elektronik Nasional (PT PTEN) which acts as a Service Institution for GPN.
