PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara (Jalin) is a technology-based services company established in 2016 based on the initiative of the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises, Himbara (Bank Mandiri, BNI, BRI, and BTN) and PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. In accordance with the Ministry’s directive, on June 19th, 2019, PT Danareksa (Persero) acquired a 67 percent stake in PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara.
